Make sure;
  • You have some credit balance in your line!
  • Your line is activated for GPRS,EDGE or 3G, if not call customercare and request them to activate your line.
  • You have activated a default profile for your inbuilt web browser or java application. Use wap for your default browser, internet for your java applications and mms for your multimedia messages. For zain, use internet for your default browser and wap for your java applications.
  • You are within your network zone.
  • You don't have an active call. During a call, all gprs, edge or 3g connections are put on hold.
  • If you still have a problem, you may contact your network operator.
